En effet, lorsque le th\u00e9 s&rsquo;infuse \u00e0 chaud, il r\u00e9v\u00e8le l&rsquo;amertume des feuilles en lib\u00e9rant les tanins du th\u00e9. Cela enl\u00e8ve la \u00ab\u00a0douceur\u00a0\u00bb qui est attendue du th\u00e9 glac\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour r\u00e9aliser votre th\u00e9 glac\u00e9, il vous faut donc infuser 12 \u00e0 20 grammes de th\u00e9 par litre d&rsquo;eau pendant une dur\u00e9e d&rsquo;environ 8 heures.
